The Environet consultancy team is headed up by the Principal, Peter Rossello, whose achievements include appointment as a consultant to the Regulatory Reform Unit- NSW Department of Urban Affairs and Planning to assist with the reform of the NSW building and planning approvals process. This role led to the development of a white paper and subsequently the introduction of Private Certification, Exempt and Complying development approvals regime which is now part of the main stream approvals system implemented throughout NSW.
